By accessing or using Velino AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Scope

Velino AI provides software for ad discovery, creative workflows, campaigns, and channel integrations. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts and Security

  • You must keep account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and current account information.

4. Connected Platform Responsibility

You are responsible for your use of connected platforms (including Meta and TikTok), compliance with their policies, and permissions to access or process data through those integrations.

5. Content and Usage Rights

  • You retain ownership of your submitted content.
  • You grant Velino AI a limited license to process that content to provide requested features and outputs.
  • You must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for review and final decisions before publishing campaigns or sending customer communications.

7. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to your selected subscription terms. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Violating law or third-party rights.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Sending spam, malware, or deceptive content.
  • Using the service to evade platform restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velino AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and users.

11. Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
